• System Integrations:  Implemented Enfusion to scale a 2017 L/S launch from one to four accounts and growth from $15m to $285m within nine months.   Upgraded to Advent Geneva to scale a Distressed Credit fund from $750m to $1.5b. Implemented EZE OMS for a $1bn L/S Fund. Migrated legacy CRM to a tailored Salesforce platform, which was adopted in part by a $100b+ Asset Manager. 

• Operational Renewal: Hired after a $100m ODD failure to stabilize $400m in consulting assets (Cambridge), ahead of Man Group's acquisition of Pine Grove, JPM PWM Platform’s first distressed credit onboarding (Bay Harbour $250m allocation), and a transition to quantitative and derivative trading (LaBranche’s $750 IPO).
   

• Player/Coach: Leadership built on in-the-trenches experience at key positions including: CFO for $15m to $4b AUM, Defense team Lead for a $250m SEC Industry Investigation, Trader (series 24) for the largest ADR Specialist, JPM global client manager, (50 clients/$75b market cap), Head of Trading Tech for 150-person trading floor, CRO for $6b structured products broker-dealer.

• Data Architecture for AI-Ready Systems: Leveraged deep expertise in Big Data to design and deliver high-impact solutions, including a bespoke data warehouse (Bay Harbour), a 10+ TB compliance engine for regulatory scrutiny ($250M SEC investigation), and a predictive analytics platform inspired by "sabermetrics" to identify and exploit trading opportunities (LaBranche). 

• Cyber Security: Former Big Four (E&Y) Cyber security consultant and auditor, Certified Information Systems Auditor and Harvard IT Masters with an emphasis on cyber security.
